Developmental Disabilities (SCDD)

The State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) is established by state and federal law as an independent state agency to ensure that people with developmental disabilities and their families receive the services and supports they need.

This graph represents environmentally preferable purchases of goods and services that have been acquired through a noncompliant EPP purchasing method. Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) had an opportunity to procure these same goods and services through an EPP compliant statewide commodity contract that will assist in increasing their goals.
